Voicemail claim, your prescription is ready. Go by to pick up waiting in line 15 minutes to be told it needing rebilled. Ok, I’ll come back. Next day still needs to be rebilled another 15 minutes. Really, don’t call me with misinformation and waste 30 min of my time. You just lost me as a customer.
