I had a tooth extraction appointment for 2PM, by 3PM, the procedure was completed and I was on my way home. Dr. Burtner and his staff are quick, efficient and in very good spirits. Most of my time in the office was doing paper work and procedure preparation. Everyone made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My tooth was removed with a local anesthetic. It was done quickly and painlessly, The total time for the tooth extraction didn’t seem to last more than two minutes. I was given post extraction instructions and paperwork and went home. Kudos to Dr. Burtner and his staff!

VERY RACIST.
When calling to schedule an appt for a spanish speaking patient, we requested that a translator be present, as the patient did not speak very good english. Dr. Burtner stated that he does NOT get translators, because this is america.
Please take note, that it is illegal to refuse a translator, to a patient that does not speak english. I would not go to this dentist office, as he is obviously racist. Yes, we are in america, however, we are all diverse, and are all from different ethnic backgrounds. For you to refuse a translator, is heartless and you obvioulsy do not have your patients best interest at heart.
