Main Service Center

This Main Service Center changed the front oxygen sensor in Sep 2013 for the check engine light problem. This check engine light problem was on after two weeks. In Oct 2013, they said they have to change the sensor again. Still the check engine problem was never fixed.
In Mar 2016 by another garage, I was told this sensor is still the original one. There is no CHANGE the sensor.
Never go there again, and can never trust them.

Caught two flat tires this morning and came to wait at this service center. Dave was so good to us and was able to fix all the damage I did to the tires. We barely had a wait and his staff was accommodating. It’s good to know places like this exist in NJ!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. One star is more than generous for the outrageous service I received. I’m not one to usually take the time to write reviews, but after my piss poor experience here, I felt the need to broadcast the terrible service at this place.
The guy that runs this place is childish, immature, and does not know how to run a business properly. When I returned the truck with all the furniture pads, he flippantly commented on how the pads were not folded and decided to treat me with disdain afterwards. Thing is, I didn’t have time to fold the furniture pads because he didn’t even rent the truck to me for the full 4 hours that I had it reserved. He refused to calculate my total unless I parked my car elsewhere and arbitrarily charged me all these extra fees just because he can’t keep his attitude in check. Never in my life have I ever come across someone who can treat a lady with such disrespect. Oh and he won’t rent to you unless you actually have a reservation in the system — meaning he’ll lie about what trucks he really has available based on his ‘feeling.‘
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! He will upcharge you on any fees possible, do not adhere to the rental agreement you confirm online, and I have reported this business to U-​Haul Corporate.

I had the worst experience here. Rented a uhaul to move some stuff from Fort Lee to Edgewater and the mileage came out to 60!!! They charged me $ 300 for 60 miles! I didn’t know better so I didn’t check the odometer prior to leaving the station but there was no way I drove 60 miles. They filled the gas tank when I got back to the station and it came out to $ 9. How could I have driven 60 miles on $ 9 of gas? Do not rent a uhaul here! And if you ever rent one, take a picture of the odometer before leaving the station! They knew exactly what they were doing and had no shame. Such a scam!

I came here for my u haul rental. After this experience, I will never use uhaul ever again. People were very rude in their service. They also try to rip me off for my rental. Do NOT come here!
