AMAZING! I had to schedule a cleaning after another company didn’t show up for the job. I spoke with Anthony and he was able to squeeze us in for the following morning. He and his team did such a fantastic job that we will now be using him on a monthly basis.

Was super excited about the Groupon being offered by Window Panda in the East Bay. Purchased in September and made several attempts via email and phone calls to schedule work… no return calls. Thought I would give it one more try today, what doio you know. they answered! I inquired about why no return calls or scheduling the work and I was told «they’re shut down until March». What?! That is when my groupon expires… I guess I will get a refund. Customer service is a thing of the past. Business owners must realize Customer Service is a priority. Hey Window Panda, maybe don’t sell hundreds of Groupons if you cant keep up with the work and clients that it brings.
UPDATE: 12÷1÷15 — I was soon contacted by the owner after I gave the Unilocal review. Window provided me with a full refund. It seems that they don’t service my area. Thank you for the quick refund!

Anthony was amazing with Window Panda! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their windows professionally cleaned. He also does commercial window cleaning. Anthony takes great pride in his work as demonstrated by his attention to detail. Give him a call and have sparkling clean windows for the holidays!

Anthony was amazing. From getting a quote, to booking and getting the job done — A+ all the way. I should have taken before and after pics of our windows! He was professional, thorough and he really cared a lot about customer satisfaction. I have never seen our windows this clean. Definitely recommending him to friends and family who may need window cleaning services in the future. Oh, and a plus? Prices are very reasonable.

I’m really glad I decided to call Anthony to clean my windows. He returned my call within minutes, then went over to take a look at the house and texted me his estimate later that afternoon. He quoted a really reasonable price and we made plans for him to come 2 days later. He showed up on time, went right to work, did a great job, and was done in less than 3 hours. The windows look great and the whole process was very efficient and professional. Anthony works hard and I admire his entrepreneurial spirit. Highly recommend!

I had my windows and screens cleaned by Window Panda. I’m so glad I did. Anthony did an amazing job! He was on time, friendly, courteous and such a hard worker. My windows look so clear they sparkle. He also cleaned the screens, and the ones that were damaged, he took to redo. He cleaned all runners too. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Please save your money and your patience. This business is unprofessional and outright fraudulent. They lie and disappeared. Ignore for months. I bought a deal on sept 2013. Appointment in November and never showed.

Anthony was friendly, prompt, and did a great job on the windows. We’ve been meaning to get our windows cleaned for a few years and I’m so glad that we did it with them!

I finally found a window cleaning company that does and awesome job and is reasonably priced. Anthony rocks.

Anthony, the owner of Window Panda has just finished cleaning my windows. He did an excellent job, my windows look beautiful! Anthony’s service is very clean, neat and affordable. Window Panda is a fairly new company with Anthony being the sole proprietor. As the owner of the business he conducts himself with professionalism and care and he is passionate about delivering a quality service. If you are looking at this Unilocal review, take a minute to check out his video. You will see Anthony himself and everything he says in the video is absolutely true. He takes off his shoes when he comes in the house, he is very careful about the surrounding plants around the perimeter of the house near the windows and is even gracious enough to not let my barking dogs bother him. For those reviews that mention the lag time between calling and setting up an appointment, I did have to book far out. He was apologetic that he oversold on groupon, and he has been overwhelmed with the response. I highly recommend Window Panda.

I finally got an appointment with Anthony and he cleaned up all my windows really well. The windows look beautiful and did not take too long.

I wake up in the morning. I yawn. I stretch my arms out over my head in opposite directions. **Sigh** I rub my eyes and know it’s a beautiful day so far. so what to wear, what to wear??? Well, what’s the weather going to be like today? I look out my bedroom window and … it sure is going to be a beautiful day. Check out that view! Peep the slight cloud formation as the sun rises over the hills… through my crystal clear, squeaky clean windows, like a breath of fresh air. Thank you to Window Panda for doing a fantastic, sparkling job. My expectations were more than exceeded. I love when things are clean. Ooh Aah!
