Do not order from this company at all! They shipped completely unusable flowers and refused to honor any «guarantee.» 30 of the 50 flowers were barely even had petals and were ¼ of the size the should have been. After numerous phone calls and emails they refused to even acknowledge there was a problem. They made it impossible to ship them back with without being charged yet more money and with no reliable indication of a proper refund would be giving. Sub par product and horrible customer service at every point from this company. Do not order from under any circumstance. The worst is that I have a bride that will be disappointed in her bouquets because this company did not deliver what was paid for.

I would never use or recommend this company to any one!!! they send me wrong flowers, not what was in the picture. they had wrong picture on the web site and blamed it on me, because technically they send me correct flowers, because the name matched the flowers they send me. After almost one year they giving me store creadid. Who!

The flowers arrived a day late and half were dead. We followed the instructions they gave us to help revive the flowers but when that didn’t work we asked a local florist to help. He took a look at the flowers and laughed. They were in such horrible condition and not the color we asked for but our caterer attempted to do what she could with the little she had to work with. When I called the company 2 days after our event to ask for a refund, they refused. They said that because I didn’t call before the event to report the problem that there was no way they would give me a refund. Well, when they delivered the flowers a day before the event, and I spent a day trying to revive them, there was no way I had time to call before my big day! That is an unreasonable expectation, especially when the product they delivered was not at all what we expected it to be. I am so upset with the company and their service. I will not shop with them ever again and do not recommend them to anyone.

Hi Sandra,
I don’t know how many brides would stop their extremely busy day to call you and complain about dead flowers when there are so many other things that need to be done. I thought it would be sufficient to take a picture of the dead flowers I received and call at a later time when I wasn’t so busy– I’m sure many brides would understand this.
To add, I gave the flowers a chance, and did EXACTLY as instructed by your company in order to «revive» the flowers. Giving them this chance, put me at my wedding date, which would have been «too late» according to your company.
I have had nothing but a terrible experience with your company and your products and service. When your representative said had I called in and reported the issue and it would have been resolved, I find this highly unlikely considering the flowers were already a day late. There would have been absolutely no way the flowers would have arrived in time for my event date.
I would also like to point out that in your comment you state «at all costs Whole Blossoms guarantees 100% customer satisfaction, and fresh flowers” — this is clearly false. I not only received dead flowers, but I also was not a satisfied customer in any way, and still am not.
Again, I reiterate my point that your company provided me with a product that was late and dead, and then refuses to take blame for it. That is just bad business.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! The flowers I ordered for my daughter’s bridal bouquet arrived dead on the morning of her wedding and despite contacting the company, they refused to give me a refund. Worst customer service, complete scam — order at your own peril!

While the majority of my flowers came in good enough condition 26 stems of the 72 garden roses came dead. 100% guaranty– what a joke! They make the claims process so difficult that it is impossible to get a claim in fast enough. I called them and they said send an email with pictures. I went on their site to «contact us» and it is just a web form with no email address for them or options to attach pictures. So I called back and she said the claims dept would respond. They email never came through and I had to leave for the rehearsal dinner. So guess what no pictures no refund. With the stress of a wedding, I would just be careful. You don’t have time to cut all the stems of your flowers and get them in water AND follow their ridiculous process of making a claim. Being I am in a different time zone makes it even more difficult to get it in before they close. I split my order between 2 companies and Flower Muse has way better quality and stands behind their product. Be careful if you order from this company as you may be kissing some of your money goodbye!!!

To be very fair, in the end, the flowers did get delivered (about a month after the original delivery date). It took me three days to reach the (non-​existent?) supervisor — this is after I sent them an email that I had written a bad review on Unilocal and was going to dispute the charge with my credit card. I think it was the last that swayed them. They were very apologetic and offered to rectify the situation by delivering the flowers to my friend during a certain three day period. The flowers did not get delivered. When they called me to check up, they said that it looked like a mistake at the farm from which they order flowers. They offered to re-​deliver. The re-​delivery occurred at 8:45 am — to a business address, of which they were aware, so the office wasn’t open yet and the flowers sat at FedEx. I asked them to please call FedEx to arrange a re-​delivery time, but no, that wasn’t possible, so I had to call FedEx and wait for them to call me back and arrange the delivery time so my friend would actually be there. I’m adding an extra star to the original review because the delivery did take place in the end, but the time it took and the hassle for both me and my friend completely took any joy out of what should have been a very joyous occasion. PS, if Whole Blossoms is reading this, you may want to reconsider your suppliers because they suck.

UPDATE: Refund claim was denied: «On June 4^th 2015 our farm informed us that they were unable to get all the 25 leis due to Mother Nature and quality control procedures. Wholeblossoms was able to contact a different farm unconnected to us that was able to get all the 25 leis you requested, their pricing is different and higher, so we tried to contact you by phone and email to let you know about this situation, where they could send you 15 single leis for the price you already paid and to complete the 25, they had a price of $ 25 extra per leis»

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED: i ordered 25 leis on May 2 for a June 11 graduation. I called the 877 number on June 10 to find out the tracking number, as instructed in my May 2 order confirmation email. The customer service rep said everything had shipped, gave me the tracking number, and the box of flowers arrived with instructions on the exterior to put the box immediately in the fridge. Which i did.
On June 11, we opened the box and started passing out the leis to the graduates. After 11 students received their leis, the box WAS EMPTY. 14 LEIS WERE MISSING! And the ceremony was beginning in less than an hour.
THEN, the leis started to fall apart. Four broke and were unwearable. The rest were not knotted between blossoms and the weight of the flowers pulled the blossoms down into the bottom of the lei. They were horribly constructed.
I called the 877 number immediately (it was 8:30 a.m. PST) and the «customer service» rep told me that it was my fault for not reading the email they sent to me last week (I never received this email supposedly sent to me). Then they said it was my assistant’s fault for not giving me a message (we use voicemail — my assistant doesn’t take messages). Then she told me to start a claim online.
By the time the graduation ceremony had finished later that morning, the Claims Dept. had denied my claim (started by them — not initiated by me). The email stated that because an employee signed for the Fedex delivery on June 10, that proved that I read their June 4 email. What the wah? One has nothing to do with the other! And how interesting that my email server delivered this Claims Dept email but not the mystery June 4 email.
Total scam. Lots of legal mumbo-​jumbo in the fine print of the «terms and conditions» which they say absolves them from any wrongdoing. I requested an updated invoice for the 11 leis (I better not be charged for the original 25 purchased), and instead received a rambling email about how this was all my fault.
But they offered to refund me if I would ship the leis back in re-​saleable condition. By overnight refrigerated Fedex at my expense. Did I mention that the 11 leis received were shoddy and fell apart within minutes of coming out of the box???
Lesson learned: shop local. Do not trust #

Update: My Whole Blossoms refund claim was denied because they didn’t keep a record of the chat conversation I had with one of their employees when my flowers were received, which they claim voids the entire claim process. Furthermore, when you do a reverse image search on the photos they claim are their products, it frequently identifies the photos either as stock photos or as flowers created by other vendors and featured on blogs like Ruffled.
Buyer beware.

I wish I could give zero stars, because that is what Whole Blossoms has earned with their deplorable customer service and mishandling of my order. In effort to save some money, I used WB in lieu of a traditional florist for my wedding centerpieces. I was going to DIY wreath centerpieces, each with 3 hurricane candles grouped in the middle. To ensure my hurricane vases would fit, I contacted customer support to find out the diameter of the inside of the wreaths. This was a simple question, and required a simple answer. I kid you not, I must have gone back and forth with them 20 times via online chat and over email with them providing conflicting information on the wreath measurements. This was a red flag, but since I thought I was getting a good deal, I went ahead and placed an order for a sample wreath. It arrived and was the proper size, so I took a photo with the wreath next to a ruler, and emailed it to customer service saying «this is exactly what I want — please send this exact size when I place my large order for my wedding.» I bet you can guess what happened next. Two days before my wedding, my wreath order arrived, and they were all too small. These wreaths were about half the size of the sample Whole Blossoms had sent. I quickly emailed and called them, asking for a replacement order. Could I send these back and have the proper size sent overnight to me? There was still time! I did not receive a response that day, or the next, even after I followed up with them in a last-​ditch effort to correct their mistake. Then, the MORNING OF MY WEDDING, I was awoken by a call before 8 am. It was Whole Blossoms calling to tell me that if I returned my order that day in full, I would receive a refund. Now, whether you have or have not been a bride, I would bet that you can feel my pain in that moment. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. Now, I am finally writing this review over a month after the fact because as of today, Whole Blossoms finally made right by their mistake. They offered to send me a check in the mail, in the amount of $ 29.26. They sincerely apologize for their mistake, and hope that this measly refund will make up for them ruining the centerpieces at my wedding. Moral of the story: do not make the same mistake I did and use Whole Blossoms. Pay a mere couple hundred dollars more and use a real florist.

Instead of going with a traditional florist I used
after a friend told me about them. The flowers at her wedding were beautiful and inexpensive. It turned out the same way for me. They have a WIDE selection of flowers and even sell arrangements as well. I liked having the flexibility to just do bunches of hydrangeas in vases. I really didn’t see the need for a florist when all that needed to be done was to cut the ends and put them in the vases I purchased. I saved a bunch of money and I got them at a great time. They come about two days before and you can order up to a week before your event date. They send the shipment info ASAP and are very true to their delivery time and day. The flowers all came fresh and beautiful. The only thing that needs to be paid attention is that you need to be ordering a large amount of each different kind of flower in order for it to be worth it as there is a minimum amount per each — it is all laid out on their website and is easy to understand. Gave me flexibility and I never had to go to a store!

for a friends birthday and they were amazing. She was blown away by how beautiful they were and she said she had never seen rose heads that big. There was also a little issue with the delivery and the customer service was perfect, they corrected it and had them delivered right on time. I’m not a DIY type of person but if you are I think this is a brilliant idea for your next big party or event.
