Venetian Nail Spa

I had an AWFUL experience at this salon and will never be returning! I went in for a polish change on my hands and feet. I prepaid for the service so that I would not have to fumble with my purse while my nails were wet. I gave the nail tech Tiffany a 15% tip, which apparently was not to her liking. From that point on, she was rude, very rushed and wouldn’t even allow me to get my nails done in the salon pedicure chair. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when she went to the dirty bin of used salon flip flops and put a pair on my feet! Are you kidding me? How disgusting! When I tried to address it with the receptionist Danny and the nail tech, they were both very unresponsive, disrespectful and shooed me out the door. I will indeed be getting into contact with corporate about this matter. How disrespectful to treat a paying client in such a manner.

Decent experience. Loved how quickly I was able to get in and out for a mani-​gel and pedicure. One time I was able to get both services simultaneously in the pedi spa chair, which for me is a time saver and a big plus.
On the flipside, I feel like my services were rush and that some more detail could be spent on me, but my nails looked amazing all week long!

Came here the week before baby is due for a pedi and gel mani. My manicure is ok, not the best I’ve ever had but not the worst.
My pedicure, however, stunk. After choosing the deluxe pedicure I didn’t pay attention and began chatting with my gf whom I came with. Typically, my assigned nail tech does a good job at cleaning around and pumicing my feet and polish is great. I took a quick look today after he was done and moved on to my mani. My mistake. I went home afterwards and got a good look at my feet and was so unhappy I got in my car and came back. I still had old nail polish left on my toes that was showing thru, he hardly cleaned up around my nails, and my heels looked like they weren’t even touched. So annoying. So I politely asked the front desk man for a redo and once I sat down I was asked which toes to fix. I said I wanted an entire redo, massage and frills not necessary. He then gave me an attitude and wanted me to continue to point out each and every issue. I’m already sitting in a dress with my 8+ month belly. And you want me to bend over to show you again, Really dude? So in the end she ended up clipping a bit of stuff off and just applying another coat of polish… fail. And they raised their rates. I’d rather go to Casbah Spa, pay more for a near perfect pedicure and awesome experience. Lesson learned.

Thai is AMAZING! Loves to pamper you and us a perfectionist… I use my hands all week in sanitizers and chemicals and not one chip with the gel polish and didn’t peel off in the 2 weeks before i got them done again… The salon is so clean and relaxing and i wouldnt recommend anywhere or anyone else… Definitely worth the money!

This has been my «go to» place for years. until recently. i went 1 hr before closing for a standard mani pedi. And i was RUSHED out! As i was getting my pedicure, i had 1 person on my right and 1 person on my left doing my hands. 3 people at once! Not relaxing. When filing my nails, ‘square’ they rushed through it and the final product was not straight. When i asked them to fix, they said they didnt have time and if i came back it would be an extra $ 2 per nail. At time to dry, i asked for the uv to help dry faster. She said machine is already clean, you cant but i insisted she turn it on. They she asked for payment. I said i will pay when my nails were dry. She reached in my purse and grabbed my wallet and said cash or credit, i need you to pay now. mind you time is now 15 minutes before closing. I use this very valuable time to relax from my twin toddlers at home. Its not often that i get ‘me’ time. So thanks venetian for ruining my night.

I walked in late today and was lucky to get Helen for my pedicure. She gave a really great leg massage as part of the standard pedicure — my ankles and calves felt great. She was careful and detailed, not rushing like a lot of nail techs do. She noticed that the polish color I chose had a lot of thinner in it — but it looked fine to me. In any case, she offered that if it chipped at all in the next week or two I could come back and she would fix it for free. Good service, I will make an appt with her next time for sure!

I have a love/​hate relationship with this place and I may be generous with my 4 star rating. I almost always make an appointment before coming, which is recommended, but if you don’t mind waiting a bit they do accommodate walk ins.
I’ve always found the facility to be clean, which is a plus and for the area the prices are fairly reasonable. They charge $ 10 for an eyebrow wax (they always do a good wax job). I pay $ 53 for a gel manicure (they do have a fantastic selection of colors, most which they can match with the color on your toes) and standard pedicure (they have different pedicure options for a higher fee which include some scrubs and smelly creams which I don’t necessarily find is worth the price).
The two nail techs that I visit religiously are Jimmy or Helen (Helen is also great for eyebrow waxes). They’re fantastic. They take their time, are very friendly and do great work. I hate going to anyone else because I haven’t had much luck with getting another quality nail tech. I’m usually disappointed if I end up with anyone else besides Helen or Jimmy.

This is my regular nail salon. It’s close to the office and I can get a mani or pedi on lunch with no issues. There are a lot of techs that work daily so I almost never have to wait. This might be different if you like working with a particular person. I have no experience with appointments, I usually always walk in.
I’m getting a pedicure today and I noticed a sign up front stating that they are raising prices by $ 1 because they are now using disposable liners in the chairs. I’m fine paying a small increase for better sanitation. I was also told they are now offering wine and water. I didn’t partake so I can’t tell you if the wine sucks or not. LOL!
I like this salon It’s clean and spacious and I hope they only continue to improve.
ALSO: they offer facials and waxing. Never had either here so I can’t speak to how they might be.

Love this location as it seems less crazy/​busy than all of the other locations I have been to. I have had many manis and pedis here and have always had great service. I’m picky about where I go and this location is always solid with their service. I have made appointments before and I have also just walked in and have never had to wait.

Annie is the best nail tech I ever had! Overall my past experiences have always been good ones, even on days Annie is not available (which is rare).

Cindy was amazing! Pricey compared to other salons where I’ve gotten a pedicure, but was very needed.

I absolutely love this nail spa. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Whichever nail tech that assists you is wonderful at what they do. I come here every week or so. Highly recommended!

Great job with my gel mani and pedi. Would give 5 stars but I don’t like how they remove the old gel polish, I’m visiting Florida and had to get my nails done it was recommended by a local.

I wasn’t impressed. Just came here for a simple manicure. 12 $ but my nails chipped in 2 days. Really disappointing. The salon was busy and I’m sure they have regular customers, but I won’t be giving them a second try.

Very happy with the customer service. Excellent use of space, extremely clean. Had about a 10 minute wait the first time but we had bumped the appointment back a ½ hr due to our delay. This time was immediately greeted and promptly tended to. This is quickly becoming my favorite spot to come with the BFF to get the rough edges softened.

Do not get WAX here! I had the worst experience with waxing the just my half part of my legs! Which should be easy right? Anyway she (lee) left a bruise. She was sloppy, unprofessional and waxed slide ways? Who does that… hence my bruise. I had to ask her multiple times to go over spots she missed and responded with attitude. I just got over it and left with wax all over and hair still on my legs.
As for my gel nails Lee did a decent job but will absolutely never come back!

My step-​mom treated me to a pedicure at the Venetian during a recent visit to Florida, and I enjoyed myself a lot. I don’t get my nails done very often. In fact, this was the first time I had been a couple of years! I often feel uncomfortable and awkward when visiting salons, but I felt okay here.
The salon itself is really pretty, and some might even call it fancy, compared to the cheapy places I’ve been to in the past. I liked liked the Venetian inspired décor, complete with sky mural on the top, gold accents, and comfortable massage chairs adding to the spa-​like atmosphere. There are also plenty of booths and workers for nails and pedicures. We didn’t have an appointment, but were able to walk right in and be seen immediately.
Phong did a great job on my pedicure, was friendly, and my pedicure lasted for weeks. The funny thing was there were a few men getting services in here too, and they seemed comfortable getting nails done too. No judgment zone here!

Very nice salon, plenty of chairs for both mani & pedis, usually no wait or just a few minutes. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the massage chairs are very comfy, nice atmosphere and they even provide a free bottled water, I have also seen girls bringing their own wine bottle and they will provide wine glasses. I have always had a pleasant experience.
