tracy had come from 10 years as mobile groomer to open this shop 23 years ago. For people who dont want their dogs in cages and away from home all day this is perfect. You can see everything that goes into a haircut right infront of you and have your baby back in about an hour

Do not use this groomer! Unless you’re into dealing with a groomer that doesn’t focus on the needs you want and demands what she wants to do with your dog. From her lack of customer service, reek of cigarettes and missing teeth, she’s just a sad, old woman that’s clearly mad at the world for being born in it. My dog requires a simple groom, she demanded that I cut her hair the way she wanted. Never have I met someone so bitter and uneducated. Maybe she didn’t take her bipolar medication that day or is just ignorant and arrogant all the time, who knows. Either way, I took my dog to Petco and they not only listened to my needs and wants, they did it for half the cost.
