My specialties include therapeutic massage using techniques like Touch for Health, a holistic approach to full body massage that uses acupressure, massage, and touch for the purposes of reducing physical and mental pain, improving postural balance and alleviating tension.

I specialize in therapeutic massage for pain management for clients who have fibromyalgia, arthritis or others with similar issues. I also offer a Therapeutic Relaxation Massage for those who just need some pampering and just need a break. I love using hot stones in my work and there is no extra charge for this service.

In addition, I offer seated massages for those who are short on time or prefer not to remove clothing. A chair massage is also a good way just to check out my services to see if my approach to massage therapy is a good fit for your needs.

Had first visit based on a co-​workers recommendation. I received my first Prenatal massage and Tracey was awesome! I felt very comfortable with her and she listened to me and my needs. I LOVE that she has rebooking discounts for loyal customers. I also LOVE that she does weekend appointments.
Tip: Her facility is super clean and comfortable, but it is not a «day spa» atmosphere. Don’t mistake me: had no trouble relaxing-​but its not «fluffy» I wanted a professional who knew her stuff… and that’s what I got.
I have not had nearly the back pain since I saw her. I will be a regular!

Tracey is excellent! I went to see her at the end of my pregnancy with my daughter. I was in a lot of pain, but I was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful I felt after my massage! Thanks to Tracey, I felt better the last two weeks of my pregnancy than I had felt in months! Since then, I’ve gone to see her many times and I always leave feeling great.

I met Tracey through the Fort Lauderdale Chamber. One day, I was experiencing a major headache and shoulder pain, since her office was conveniently located within walking distance of the Chamber, she invited me over to do a little spot work. 15 minutes and I was feeling much better. I bought a gift certificate for myself for the holidays knowing that I would need to unwind in the new year. Today I experienced a 50 minute massage and I couldn’t be happier.
First, the location is peaceful and not like other massage places with noise and an endless slew of people going in and out. Then, her hands. While most massage therapist’s hands are soft, Tracey’s are noticeably smooth. She sat with me for a few minutes before my massage for a brief consultation about my problem areas and what I wanted out of the massage. My main goal was to relax and MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
I’ve been getting massages for 25 years and I’ve had the good, the bad, and the ugly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tracey. Oh, she has a Unilocal check in offer, which I plan to use next time!

Tracy came highly recommended by one of the instructors at a Pilates studio I work with. She is everything I was told, and much more. I have a few herniated discs and was struggling with finding a routine and therapy that would alleviate pain without tons of ibuprofen daily. Tracy was a huge part of my recovery and subsequent therapy. I swear, sometimes on the table it felt like she was reading my mind! She found all the little spots that needed work, all the problem areas that have bothered me, as well as some I didn’t know existed! I recommend Tracy to friends and family. I have a standing appointment once a month and WILL NOT miss one!

I’ve been having issues with my right foot/​ankle complex and have not been able to find a good LMT to help. I’m a personal trainer so I’m on my feet a lot and also workout frequently. The massage I received today felt amazing and really hit on certain points that were causing the issues with my foot/​ankle. I will be going back to keep my muscles flexible and loose.
