My husband had been arrested under false domestic violence charges lodged by a psycho beast of an ex-​girlfriend; unfortunately, this happened while we were on vacation in «lovely» Fort Lauderdale. Sweet husband mine used to live in Florida with Psycho and left her after she beat the crap out of HIM, you see. My lovely hubbeh is a great guy, but autistic and prone to being abused.
So, in a complete panic and not knowing the area at ALL, I called Mr. Frances for assistance, since the charges were pretty serious. He was available pretty quickly and agreed to see me right away. Within 18 hours of my husband’s arrest, he was free on bail and we were on our way back home to civilization, thank God for that.
To make a long (and undoubtedly crazy-​train level) story short, Mr. Frances was a bulldog when it came to getting those charges dropped. And dropped they were — undoubtedly because PsychoHosebeast realized that she was up for a nice and revealing subpoena that she KNEW she wouldn’t be able to deny, nor would she be able to prove her lies. So… next thing I know, Mr. Francis calls and says congratulations. Well, hot damn.
Not that we’re ever going to come to this hole of a town ever again to use his services, but if you’re in a Jerry Springer episode like we were, Mr. Frances is the way to go to get you out of it. It’ll cost you, of course, but his prices were fair and reasonable, not too expensive (though I’d have paid MUCH more if I’d had to), and we got the results that were RIGHT. Not what we wanted (what we wanted was a countersuit for false arrest and our money back), but what was RIGHT.
Thanks to Psycho, she ruined our honeymoon. But that’s okay, because if she ever comes near my husband again, I’ll be sure to call Mr. Frances for the restraining order.
