Skatepark open 2pm-9:30pm weekdays, 8am-9:30pm weekends. Smooth, well built, free, lit w bright lights. Very fun for all ages 4 – 144 maybe more as it really was all ages and very tolerant as all skateparks are. Everyone super friendly, encouraging, and helpful. Parents filming their kids. Girls and guys skating. Every single type of skateboarder having the time of their life, sweating, skating around in circles or in groups, listening to music in headphones or not, staying healthy, and lots of spectators, shaded sitting areas in daytime sun. Will be back almost every single day as I’m exploring the area. Also Lots of runners/walkers on the paths. Kids baseball leagues. Basketball courts. And couples. #skatepark #skateboarding #free #lights skate park

Love the new look of the playground. My kids love to come here. I wish there was a little more shade for the parents for the hot days but the main thing is the cleanliness and upkeep of the playground for the kids. I’m just as happy sitting down on the new fake grass ground cover. Doesn’t bother me at all. Good job with the renovations guys.

A nice complex for a lot of activities. It has tennis and basketball courts, a covered playground, football and soccer fields, lots of picnic space. There are also a concession stand and restrooms. In addition, there are two full-size and one Little League baseball field. The concession building has restrooms and a meeting room. The skate park area is a big attraction for the park. To round it out, you can find a picnic shelter, fishing pier, natural areas and paths. We have been there for several concerts, which are always fun, because there is plenty of room for the food trucks to park. The city 4th of July concert and fireworks call the complex their home. My only quibble is that the parking could be better and there aren’t many handicap designated spaces. Overall, it’s a terrific place to hold an event.
