Robert & Megan moved to South Florida in 2012 and opened this tasting bar because of their passion for food. They wanted to provide a fun experience and send customers home happy with their purchases-​hence the tasting bar!

Robert and Megan moved to Fort Lauderdale in early 2012 with dreams of opening a hot sauce store and free tasting bar. They call it a hot sauce store, but it’s so much more! Some Like It Haute carries sauces to suit every taste. From mild to insanely hot, salsas, seasonings, snacks, and even sweets. We wanted to open our own business for quite some time and move to Florida to be closer to our families. The hot sauce store gave us the opportunity to be in the industry we love. We preach the health benefits of eating spicy foods. Most people don’t realize that spices can aid in everything from digestion to cardiovascular function. Also, we love to show people who say they don’t like spicy that it is possible to enjoy using pepper flavors without the scorching effect. We want to send our customers home happy, so we offer a free tasting bar. Of our 350 products, we offer approximately 50 to taste, but can be easily talked into opening other bottles!
