A friend recommended gloria and her salon, I went there and did the Keratine treatment and the results were awful and I sent a picture for her to see that my hair was the same as before I went to her salon, and she said that the keratine is only to smooth the wave not to straighten, not only she thinks I’m stupid she also made me lose my money but is her loss because she gave me brochures for my friends to recommended her not only I am not going to recommended her I am going to tell everybody what an awful customer service!!!

I have been going to this salon since it opened. I recently moved to Miami for school and for convenience I started getting my highlights done at the salon at FIU. I thought a simple, partial, bleach highlight was a pretty basic request. The woman who did my hair completely botched the highlight job, leaving horizontal tiger stripes in my hair! I called Gloria at Red Carpet immediately and went to her for a color correction. She was so genuinely caring and seriously worked magic and fixed my hair in one treatment. The employees have never been anything but gracious and knowledgable to me, and to all their customers I’ve seem them interact with.
I can’t emphasize the great quality of everyone’s work. Gloria holds everyone to the highest standards and you can tell how extremely knowledgable and caring the whole staff is. Gloria is my go to for cut, color, and blow dry, but every now and then someone else does my hair and it’s always turned out fantastic.
