Quick Shuttle

UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE.
I booked a reservation for a shuttle from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami port online, and received an email that ONLY contained the following:
Thank you for Choosing Quick Shuttle
It did not contain punctuation, that is not a typo on my part. I emailed them requesting confirmation information and receipt, and received no response. I called the number listed on their website, and requested to have the reservation cancelled. The individual who answered the phone mumbled something ineligible after confirming the name on the reservation, and then hung up.
Totally not worth saving twenty dollars to be treated like this and wonder if they’ll even show up, where I’m supposed to meet them, and if I’ll make it to Miami.

I would give then 0 stars if I could. We reserved a shuttle to add from the Miami port, they were about 20 min late picking us up. That wasn’t too bad. Coming back we waited about 1hr and 20 min. I called repeatedly but neither the driver or the dispatch would pick up, finally we got a hold of someone, they played dumb like they couldn’t find our location. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use Quick Shuttle in Miami/​Ft Lauderdale. Very poor service

I booked quick shuttle in advance for 3 required shuttles. They accommodated flight changes and arrived when and where they said they would. It was personal, efficient and reliable… certainly better than the airlines!

This shuttle service was very reliable. Carlos was very prompt to answer his calls and when it went to voice mail, he called back in a very reasonable amount of time. We took his shuttle from a hotel in Miami to Port Everglades and then returned from Port Everglades to Miami International Airport. Both times he was very on time and got us where we needed to go with plenty of time to spare. The best part was after our cruise we barely had to wait outside our port for more than 2 minutes which is great when traveling with kids. I would highly recommend this service. Price is right and service is reliable. Best advice is to stay in constant communication and give them plenty of notice if possible with arrival times.

Last week a booked Quick Shuttle for a round trip from Ft. Lauderdale Airport to Port Everglades for four people. Upon arrving to Ft. Lauderdale, a relative offered to take us to the port and to pick us up upon returning from the Cruise. I contacted Quick Shuttle, and they graciously reimbursed me 100% of the fare. It is so refreshing being able to do business with a company that understands last minute changes.
I highly recommend Quick Shuttle service.
