Established in 2000.

Precision Painting & Waterproofing is a division of Absolute Pressure Cleaning Services. Our President, Shannon Ayer, started pressure washing roofs in high school and expanded to what you see today. Although we are focused on professionalism and providing the highest quality of work, we understand how important customer service is and treat every customer like family. We believe this is the main reason we have grown so rapidly. We also understand the importance of hiring the right employees as we sometimes operate inside your home. This is why we run detailed background checks on all of our employees and subs. We want you to feel safe while work is being done on your home.

Business Owner

Shannon Ayer is the owner of Precision Painting & Waterproofing. He started Absolute Pressure Cleaning Services in high school and rapidly grew to what you see today. Shannon first expanded the business to residential painting, and is now offering commercial painting and waterproofing services. During this time Shannon went to firefighting and paramedic school and currently works as a professional firefighter /​paramedic as well as operating Precision Painting & Waterproofing. Shannon takes pride in both careers, so rest assured you will have a stress free experience while we work on your home.
