One Broward is a full-​service executive suite that caters to small businesses and companies looking to expand into the Fort Lauderdale market. We offer office space ranging from 200 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft. with flexible lease terms. We have a full staff that answers your phones, provides administrative support and assists in any way possible. Our floor features a copy room, mailing services, reception, and conference rooms. Enjoy complimentary coffee, lattes, espresso and tea in our kitchen. Utilize our staff to do courthouse runs, schedule hearings and meetings, draft letters and motions, e-​file documents, and prepare legal briefs. Our building also features a free shuttle to the Broward County courthouse and Las Olas Blvd., as well as, a private gym exclusively for building tenants.
