Up sold me some kind of ’ sealer’ Left floors too wet to walk on to inspect the job, some places had standing water after 7 hours I had to mop up. Twenty four hours later, still wet, even though the air conditioners ran all night. Terrible job.

I was quite pleased with the overall service provided by New Horizon in Home Service. As an out of town landlord, I found New Horizon’s phone number off Unilocal and had them dispatch a cleaner to my unit with a weekend’s notice. The gentleman I spoke to, Frank, was extremely professional and even called me back to make sure everything went okay. I would definitely be using their service again.
