Marian A. Lindquist, P.A.

I used Marian Lindquist as my attorney recently. I needed a power of attorney and a will done and Marian went above and beyond my expectations. I had never used an attorney before I guess because i never needed one in my life (thank goodness) BUT when my father fell ill and was not able to make proper decisions for himself I contacted Marian for help. She drew up a will and a power of attorney and expedited my request in 24 hours. Her prices are VERY reasonable and she gave me about 10 copies of the power of attorney for my files. I wasnt sure why, but everywhere I took my father for his medical needs I presented the POA and was able to make medical decisions for my 91 year old father. My dad is old fashioned and didnt believe that I needed these to help him even though I knew I did. Marian is a very diligent attorney and I will use her for all my legal needs. I trust her and know she knows the florida laws better than I ever will. A HUGE thanks goes out to Ms. Lindquist for helping me in my time of need!
