I filed both my homestead exemption and portability applications online (portability application was scanned and emailed). Received emailed confirmations when each was received and then received an email when each was approved. All in the same day! I was so impressed by the efficiency and even more so by the fact that it was by the government sector. I also want to add that I don’t work for the agency and don’t know anyone was does. I was truly impressed. …I also completed my address changes for my driver license and voter registration online (necessary for the homestead exemption). Those agencies did as they said but not very timely. Seemed to take awhile to receive both in the mail but doing all this online sure was convenient.
