Business Owner

James Herrity was born and raised in Manhattan’s Upper East Side in New York City, all the while attending some of the finest Public and Private schools New York had to offer. James then completed a degree in Computer Science at the University of Buffalo in Amherst, NY.

James Herrity is a Trial Technology Expert who has worked on many high-​profile and complex litigation trials and has provided graphic support to over 300 cases over the past 15 years. Some clients include: Whirlpool Corporation, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Miller Canfield and Foley Lardner. One of my most notable verdicts was $ 300 Million, largest in Michigan State history (Valassis v. News America Marketing).

Mr. Herrity has worked for some of the top Litigation Support firms in the country: Sanction Solutions (trial presentation software company), Esquire Litigation Solutions (Court Reporting firm’s Litigation Support division), medQuest and Trial Exhibits, located here in South Florida.
