Business Owner

David Comras is the founding attorney and managing partner of Comras & Comras. Mr. Comras received his Bachelor of Arts from Emory University, in 1998, and Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Miami School of Law, in 2001. Mr. Comras is admitted to practice in all Florida courts, as well as in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Comras was named a Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine for three straight years. (2009, 2010, and 2011).

Prior to founding the Law Offices of Comras & Comras, P.A., in 2003, Mr. Comras worked as an assistant public defender for the 17^th Judical Circuit in Broward County, handling matters involving Juvenille delinquincy (misdemeanors & felony matters) and Misdemeanor files. Subsequently, he worked with a small prestigious plaintiff’s law practice in Miami Beach handling all forms of civil liability cases including Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Overtime Wages Recovery and Discrimination cases.
