We are also an independent skincare and wellness provider, ensuring only the best ingredients get to our clients. IIC serves clients nationally and internationally through our virtual or onsite services. Our Mission is to empower women with the gift of beauty and confidence no matter their age, genetic disposition, or background. We are an Independent Beauty Consultant for L’BRI Cosmetics a natural chemical free Aloe Vera based skincare line.

Meet the Business Owner

Ally F.

Business Owner

IIC founder and entrepreneur, Ally Francis, is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) trained by The Studio of Image Professionals, and licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT). Since she was a young girl, Ally’s disposition to anything to do with style and fashion later led her into pursing modeling and pageantry into her teens and young adulthood. She migrated from Jamaica to South Florida and later attended Florida International University where she earned her degree in Occupational Therapy. Throughout college, she worked for various department stores such as J. C Penney and Beauty companies such as Elizabeth Arden, IMAN, and Flori Roberts. It was there where she further developed her skills in beauty, makeup and fashion. After being crowned Miss Florida Caribbean in 2002 and graduating college, she knew that she wanted to one day incorporate her knowledge and passion for fashion, style and beauty and her career as an OT.
