I was skeptical to go to a walk in center but this center really impressed me. The doctor I met here was very knowledgable, had amazing bedside manner, explained things well, spent a great amount of time with me, really cared about me and my well being, was accessible by phone for follow up questions. I definitely recommend anyone needing an urgent care center, walk in center to come here. If I could I would make the doctor here my primary Doctor. I didn’t have a long wait either time I had to come here.

Went in with a minor shoulder injury, waited 2 hours to be seen by a LPN for blood pressure & weight, waited another 25 mins for the «MD» (did not introduce herself or identify whom she was) to come in and whom quickly determined it was tendinitis and I needed to see an orthopedic surgeon. Not once did she make any effort to see the extent of the injury, the mobility of the shoulder, or take an X-ray to rule out skeletal damage. 15 minutes later the LPN returned with an info packet on tendinitis and a blank referral. But to make this experience complete, the «MD» had a mask over her face and was coughing profusely every 15 seconds.

My husband deeply cut his finger while washing a brand new kitchen knife. He went here to have it treated after it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I work as a hospital pharmacy tech and I have NEVER seen a doctor fail to prescribe an antibiotic and that’s exactly what this doctor he saw did. His finger very obviously became infected and was so painful he couldn’t sleep or function. They instructed him to only take tylenol for pain which is completely useless. After all this I told his to see his PCP. When we told his PCP about our experience at Holy Cross Urgent Care he was shocked by their negligent medical care. He started my husband on antibiotics, which should have been done the day it happened, and no surprise it cleared it right up. For pain my husband switched to Aleve and it greatly helped where tylenol did nothing, as always. Do NOT go here if you want quality care.

I was in and out within 45 minutes. The employees were sweet and helpful. The doctor herself was a bit standoff-ish and not the most friendly, which is the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars, but she at least took care of the issue. I would definitely recommend them! I felt safe and they calmed my nerves.

Wow! I brought my friend in that has been here before and we sat for at least 30 to 45 mins just waiting with absolutely no one in the lobby or any cars at all. Then it’s still been an hour that he went back for basic flu symptoms. This is by no means URGENT CARE. You would have much better luck at another place or just the plain old emergency room. It’s sad!

I arrived at 9am on a Friday for a hurt elbow. Within an hour I was seen and had xrays done and was diagnosed and on my way. Free parking in attached lot. Beautiful one year old facility. Staff was friendly.
They said during winter months, wait times average 2 hours! Doctor referrals are to in– network Holy Cross doctors, tv in waiting area with cushion seats. Attached imaging center for separate appointents,

Looks like I got lucky. My boyfriend was in and out of here within 45 minutes. The staff was even nice enough to give us some discount prescription cards because the antibiotics they prescribed were insanely expensive.
