My boyfriend ordered flowers with no occassion in mind, based on images on their website, selecting my favorite colors and flowers. When the bouquet arrived they were completely different, down to the vase. My name was spelled wrong. The card was a Mother’s Day card– I’m not a mother, and it was July. The handwriting was like a three year-old’s. Doubt the flowers they actually used were as pricy as the ones quoted online. Extremely disappointed. The only positive thing to say is that the flowers were fresh, healthy, and in good condition.

Tried to order a corsage for my daughter. 3 days ahead of time for her dance. Was told it was to late. I called another florist. Not a problem. They said come in day before dance. Thank you. I’m not from the area, my girlfriend is in the area for her graduation, I wanted to somehow orchestrate a flower delivery from thousands of miles away.
