Just so everyone there knows. These guys are lucky to have an amazing employee. I have struggled with their customer support, with their installers, and every piece of their organization, except for Amy Bryant. She has single handedly kept me as a customer of their’s, and because of her continued efforts, I will continue to be. They should thank her daily, as she seems to really understand customers, their needs, and with laser focus accomplishes those basic and sometimes elusive tasks. She is a breath of fresh air, and i am sure under appreciated by her organization!
