Very bad service, place always seems to have you arrive a half hour early and I have had 5 separate appoiments to try and get the same test, each time they have some excuse for running several hours late, or there micha one broke, this company doesn’t have the commen respect to even call you to tell you the machine broke, they wait for you to take off work drive in sit down for half hour and come up and then tell you it’s been broke for day,
On fifth vist I requested I be the first test When the opned so there would not be any delays, 815 am was there first apt and again delayed for 2 half hours,
DPI will be set in my phone as a reminder

I had an appointment for a chest xray, I arrived on time and sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes after my appointment time. I was then called up and told that the xray machine was broken and that I would have to come back another day. I find this totally unacceptable and irresponsible. They had my phone number and the reason I was coming in. There were 3 people in the waiting room and it should have been clear why I was there. As a healthcare professional myself, I had to cancel my own clients for this waste of time. There are plenty of options out there for diagnostic imaging — chose another.
Update 2 days later: I returned to DPI today to get my xray. I was approached by the COO, Marketing Manager, and Site Manager who apologized for my inconvenience two days ago. They stated the xray machine had just broken down when I arrived and it took 30 minutes to determine it wouldn’t be up that day. I still feel that this could have been handled differently but I do appreciate senior staff acknowledging the issue and trying to rectify it. They took this very seriously which to me indicates a commitment to providing quality care.

Awful. First, the good. The people who work there seem very friendly. Unfortunately, congeniality and incompetence and are not mutually exclusive. I arrived for my 8:15 AM appointment, was greeted cordially, signed in, and sat in the waiting room. For the next 45 minutes I heard no less than three people arrive for scheduled appointments which had been changed at the last minute unilaterally by DPI. Finally, I asked how much longer my wait would be. I was told that my appointment was not until 9:00, and I would be seen soon. I explained my appt was at 8:15. She explained that someone called and left a message unilaterally changing the time to 9:00 yesterday. A. I received no such message. B. It clearly states on THEIR form that if a patient needs to change his appointment time the patient must give 48 hours notice. How in the hell is that even remotely fair and/​or professional??? No respect whatsoever for the time of their patients. None.

TERRIBLE! Do not choose this outfit for your medical testing. I went to the Coconut Creek/​N Broward location nearly 2 weeks ago and am STILL waiting for results. They have apparently had «technical difficulties» and have been unable to transfer information back/​forth to the doctors. Of course, I was not informed of this until at least my 3^rd call to the facility to find out why my doctor hasn’t received results yet. My test was more for peace of mind due to a minor issue, but I feel sorry for anyone who has a serious medical condition or an old person who goes here and is depending on their results for prompt medical care. They are nice enough on the phone but there is no excuse for this kind of delay in the medical arena. Never again!

Overall, this place did the job. I found the reservation process simple. I was thrilled that I was able to get a Saturday appointment within a few days of calling. The check-​in process was easy. The only huge downside was the wait. After check-​in, they had me waiting for an hour. The technician was professional and everything else was really just fine. Obviously the wait really stunk but I think a 3 star is fair based on all things considered.

The wait can be really long. They do tell you what days you can do certain procedures. also they are open on Saturday which helps if you work full time or just have crazy work times. This place is close to my job which is the reason why I come here.

DO NOT — I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — AT ANY COST.
They are nothing more than a bush-​league faux medical center. They have had to reschedule my appointment 3 different times because the technician was NOT available — suddenly. THIS irony after they claim to only do them on certain days. AND, on those certain days they cancelled.
Try calling to reschedule — you will be on hold for 20 minutes or more. Twice the held call was disconnected and said — please try your call later.
Absolutely pathetic.
You have been fore-​warned — trust me.
