Established in 1963.

Dr Mervyn Dixon was born and raised in Mt Holly, New Jersey. He received his Bachelor’s from Maryville College in Maryville, TN. He graduated from University of Pennsylvania School of Dentistry with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1963

Dr. Dixon served in the US Army Dental Corps from 1963 — 1965 and was awarded with an Honorable Discharge as a testimony of his honest and faithful service.

«Dr. Merv» began his career in private practice as a General Dentist in Fort Lauderdale, FL in 1965.

He and his wife Eleanor of 56 years have 4 children and 7 wonderful grandchildren!

Dr. Dixon maintains a membership with the ADA, FDA, ACDDA, Broward County Dental Association, American College of Dentists, Executive Association of Ft. Lauderdale and is currently a trustee at the First Presbyterian Church.

Dr. Merv has been given multiple awards in his professional career. He received a Service award from the FDA in 1980 and in 1992, The Jon Adair Award in 1996, and many more.

Business Owner

Dr. Scott Dixon grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He attended Harbordale Elementary and graduated from Stranahan High School. His undergraduate degree is a B.A. from Maryville College in Maryville TN. He went to University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville FL. He graduated from U.F. in 1996 with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. He returned home to Ft. Lauderdale to practice dentistry with his father Dr. Merv Dixon.

Scott and his wife, Camille Dixon D.M.D. have three children and live in Southeast Ft. Lauderdale.

«Dr. Scott» is past President of the Ft. Lauderdale Dental Study Club and is a Member of the Executive Association of Ft. Lauderdale.

Dr. Scott’s interests include fishing, golfing and skiing when he can find the time between his children’s many sporting events!
