Denise Yopp

Very disappointed with my service and honestly felt cheated. I found Denise Yopp on Groupon and called her in regards to facial treatment. She told me that the treatment would work for me based on what I told her was going on with my skin and she even encouraged me to get the deal with two instead of one. I went with the deal for one to test it out and she said not to buy it on Groupon and just pay at the time of service. Went to my appointment and her story changed. She persuaded me to get a different facial after she clearly told me over the phone that the facial on Groupon would work. I went with the other one she suggested as she stated she would only charge me $ 100 instead of the $ 200 that it normally is. It was more than I had expected especially being that the Groupon was for $ 34.99.
The facial lasted 10 minutes or less and I’ve done facials before and never had any that short of a time. She ended up charging me $ 134.99 by including the Groupon that I did not buy as she stated not to buy it online as she’ll honor that rate. I spoke to her about it and her story changed, had I known she was going to charge me for the Groupon I did not even use plus an additional $ 100 for a service that lasted 10 minutes, I would not have done it. She told me it would have been $ 100 and even after she saw I was disappointed all she did was try to sell me her products.
My skin had pimple breakouts the next day and I honestly feel like nothing different happened to my skin. Very disappointed and I will not be going back or referring anyone to her. I have been to better esthetician’s who truly care about results and not just trying to make money off people.

Denise is very nice and explained to me all the procedures. She is clean and knowledgeable.
My skin is looking really nice.
