Crafti Bar

Came here due to a bar crawl event which gave us a free drink. The place was dead and the bartender seemed annoyed we were there. The music was loud inside so we drank our beers outside standing near a small table. I look over and my completely full beer disappeared from thin air. The male bartender was around us kind of straightening up. We went inside to ask if he tossed the beer out and he said no. Really bizarre. We pretty much hauled it out of there after that.
There’s so many other places to hang out at, don’t bother here– even if the drink is free.

If being surrounded by a bunch of KIDS is your thing, crafti bar is for you as they serve MINORS. never going back again

I went here twice. The service is absolutely terrible. There’s usually just two bartenders, the owner and his employee. The blonde tatted women bartender is the reason why I will not be giving Craftibar my money any longer. She’s rude, stuck up, and highly unprofessional. She’s always giving my friends and I some sort of hard time. She needs some professional training that includes customer service skills. We gladly didn’t tip her for every shot and beer we purchased. Don’t waste your time or money on this bar. It’s a damn shit show.
I gave it one star because the music is always great. But why spend my hard earned money on a place that can’t even treat us right? I’m not even from Fort Lauderdale. I’m from Miami. I’ll stick to where the real party is at. I rather give wynwood and club space my money. Not this damn joke of a bar.

I must apologize. Someone hacked my Unilocal account and left a poor review. It was brought to my attention by the owners whom were both shocked that I would leave a comment like that. Regardless, I will update. I thoroughly enjoy spending time at this venue. Yes, I know the owners but I am still honest. It really is a teriffic spot. The beer prices are probably the best you’ll find downtown. They have been working with promoters to bring in crowds. It’s genuinely a fun place. I can’t wait to go back. I recommend Crafti to anyone who enjoys electronic music as it is my favorite and their chosen music style most evenings. I’ll see you there!

This place needs an identity quick! The bar it self is pretty cool, the bartenders are always smiling and make you feel welcome, but the last time I was on a bar crawl, the DJ sucked!!! He was playing some down tempo dark core music that killed the entire vibe in the place. After 7 minutes I was ready for a nap! The DJ was all into his music and the set he was spinning, but completely ignored the crowd and in turn, we all left for another bar…

Was going to write a review on my Stox Bar experience. But Stox Bar is now 6 feet under, and Crafti Bar has risen and taken its place.
Back in January, when I organized Meetup group, I scheduled an event at the formerly known Stox Bar comprised of 241’s and a live band all night. But with less than a week from the event date, I called them to make sure the event was still a go. Not only was there no event, but there was no more Stox Bar either! WTF?!
The owners, two brothers, seem nice enough people. Not sure, though, how long they will last as Riverfront bar owners. The Crafti Bar offers a «new» and supposedly «fresh» concept. But I thought the former Stox Bar was new and fresh?
On the phone, one of the owner brothers told me that Crafti Bar would have a unique mural painter and live Raggae Band that weekend. Now a 4^th dimension concept on Fridays. All sound cool but not sure who is attracted.
For survival and thrival, maybe a solid concept with some freshness thrown in would serve better. With so much competition in that area of town, party people migrate to where the party people are.
20 somethings rule the Fort Lauderdale Downtown party scene. Cater to them, and Stox Bar/​Crafti Bar/​Soon to be Closed Bar may rise from the Riverfront ashes. And help Riverfront thrive once again…

hate to say it, but the menu needs to change asap rocky if they are going to survive, along with some specials, 4^th dimension on a friday is great but the drinks and bartenders leave so much to be desired for a population that demands more now a days (but maybe thats just me)
