Wow what a great workout! All of the men and women in the class were very fit and I can see why. Working out on a megaformer was very fun and innovative while keeping me sweating and working hard. Jen, the instructor, was very helpful and friendly and is extremely attentive and willing to assist anyone who is struggling with nailing some of the moves. She gives demonstrations for newbies and manages to maintain the challenging pace of the class. I love that sore feeling after a great workout and will definitely be back!
As a side note, the studio is very clean and sleek looking! I love it!

As a guy, I was honestly nervous about trying a new workout that did not involve weights and was INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED. Jen led our class and was absolutely passionate about helping you get through the last few reps. The workout was incredibly personalized and will leave you feeling adequately challenged and self-​encouraged to try your hardest the next time. I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking to try a new approach to training and are looking to feel invigorated during the endeavor. Ten thumbs up!

This place is amazing! The studio is clean and the instructors are amazing especially Christopher, he’s super tough but he pushes you, and Daniella, you will be sure to get a great workout with her! Core Contour is a MUST!
I became absolutely obsessed after my first class. Core Contour has become my home away from home. The most unique, challenging, and effective 50 minute workout I have ever experienced. My muscles never felt so alive!
The workouts are consistently challenging no matter of your fitness level. In a short amount of time, I have noticed a difference in my strength, flexibility, and my personal appearance.
The studio is beautiful and clean. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable with their own unique style. Class sizes are small (12 megaformers) therefore instructors are able to provide personal attention.

Being a fitness freak I decided to try out this new method. The class was amazing. Jen was an awesome instructor and boy did I feel the workout. My body was shaking and I felt as I worked out muscles I had never worked with before. It was an intense class and the studio itself was super clean. I highly recommend taking a class and they have great specials!

I have been a hard core fitness fanatic pretty much my entire life and have tried just about everything there is in regards to different kinds of workouts. This is honestly one of the best and most difficult workouts I have ever done! I was a figure competitor for years and no gym exercise gave me the ability to train core, stabilizing muscles and large muscle groups all while gaining greater flexibility and getting my heart rate up. The studio is welcoming, friendly and not intimidating. The owner (Jen Capps) and I have been doing one on one sessions (before I ventured into a class), she is very motivational and will assist you in achieving a comprehensive workout. I highly recommend this studio to all fitness levels, you will not be disappointed!

The method at this studio is awesome because it truly challenges you to use your strength rather than momentum. It is all about slow and controlled and while some may not think that sounds hard, it’s actually harder than just swinging your body around quickly. Christopher is my favorite instructed bc he knows the body, watches your form and pushes you with out compromising form.

This is the best workout that exists ! I’m a personal trainer and I’ve been doing weights and cardio for 30 years and nothing is as complete and challenging as this workout.
You need to try it if you want amazing and are at a plateau !
Each teacher is great and all of them are different.
