Ernesto is like a Broadway 1 man show. He can do everything and makes it look easy. He’ll explain every step, if you like. He’ll make sure the repair is Complete. If you have any add’l concerns/​issues, he’ll address them. His rates are extremely reasonable and he’ll check back in to make sure you are satisfied.
I would recommend him to everyone.

Ernesto was very promt and professional in repairing our laptop. He came by to pick up, repaired it and dropped it off the following day. He explained clearly what the problem was and what he had to do to fix it. His price was fair, as well.

Ernesto repaired an all in one computer that failed to boot up. He accommodated my schedule and picked up the computer in Kendall after hours, he replaced the bios and power management and was able to repair. He did have to order a part, yet was able to return the computer in 1 week. He is very accommodating and reliable.
In addition, he was able to repair a co worker’s laptop also in several days with pick up/​drop off in Kendall.

So Ernesto, is based in Broward, he drove to Kendall to fix my PC, drive it back to his work place and then drove back to return it. All within a couple of days. I would have to say for the situation my computer was in, he delivered it in a good amount of time. The guy is easy to deal with, and can easily work around your schedule. He does his best to fix your computer, he goes as far as to order the part for you. He also responds pretty quickly, when you have a concern or question. He also keeps you updated so you don’t have to worry, and get in contact with easily. I highly recommend giving him a try, and also you have a 90 day warranty, so if something happens he will fix it for no charge.

This guy drove down to Miami from Broward to get my computer, drove it back, worked on it for a few hours, then drove back and delivered it in the same day. I thought my computer was on it’s death bed but it’s still working perfectly 4 weeks later. (and he cleaned it)
