Established in 1999.
Gary Juda and Harvey Cohen joined forces in 1999 to represent individuals injured due to fault of another. Prior to this, Mr. Juda defended insurance companies in various personal injury cases. This experience has provided Mr. Juda a unique insight into the operations and thought processes of those who handle claims on behalf of these insurance companies. This experience works to the benefit of our clients, since we have a unique insight into how the «other side» thinks and operates and continues to assist in obtaining positive outcomes for many of our clients.

Mr. Cohen has exclusively represented seriously injured individuals, and the families of those whose deaths were caused due to the negligence of others, since 1990. Mr. Cohen has resolved thousands of cases over his 20+ years of practice ranging from the families of victims of wrongful death, to individuals who sustain whiplash injuries in an automobile accident. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which reflects resolution of cases in excess of One Million Dollars.
