Criminals! These and other upfront fee companies are preying on unsuspecting and desperate citizens, especially the elderly, convincing them that they will sell their timeshare properties. DO NOT engage in any transactions with this or other companies. They promise they have a buyer ‘waiting in the wings’, take a retainer fee and then disappear. CNC has a rating of «F» on BBB, yet claims to be in good standing in Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. Stay FAR AWAY. Would give zero or negative stars if possible.
