I am a pastry chef with 15yrs+ experience in the hospitality industry. I have worked for resorts, hotels and restaurants locally and outside the US within the realm of pastry. Choco-Chica is the next evolution of my career that I have ventured into finally growing my custom cakes and specialty desserts small business out of Ft. Lauderdale for all of South Florida.
