The absolute worst inside customer service ever. After waiting an extended amount to time to be acknowledged in an empty bank, I was told that I would have to wait 20 more minutes to speak to someone about opening a business account, because I did not have an appointment. There was no indication anyplace that an appointment was needed to open up an account. I am not opposed to waiting, but if you are only making outgoing calls, then the person sitting in front of you should be a priority. Then only to be told in so many words that if I did not want to wait that I could take my business elsewhere and that is exactly what I did. Terrible customer service with a terrible attitude.

If I could give no stars I would. Walked in to apply for a credit card not one of the two bankers there even acknowledged me I had to walk up and ask to talk to someone and was told that there was only one banker and he would be awhile. Need more staff, maybe some staff that are actually attentive to a new customer!

Came to open a checking account. Been sitting here 20 minutes and nobody has acknowledged my presence. A few people (think a manager) looked at me but did not say anything to me. Chase Bank better be better than this in the long run.

Good bank. ATM machine inside and drive thru ATM outside. Good service inside. I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes!
