I’d like to confess that I have had severe anxieties about going to the Dentist since I was a child! I’m far from my childhood period, and it hasn’t changed, in fact my fear and apprehension have probably increased 10 fold, as I’ve gotten older! But I must say the Entire Team at the Broward Center for Laser Periodontics & Implant were the most incredible group of Professionals, all kind and caring people that I’ve met in a long time! The outstanding Excellent Customer Service starts from your first speaking with «Susanna»: the British Secretary at the front desk, who handles Patients Insurance Policy’s and works with you personally, for the Dental Procedures necessary, to Nurse Assistants like «Cindy» to «Dr. DeTure, who knew how nervous I was from the very beginning, who with her expertise and kindness, truly helped my anxiety and fears melt away, throughout the whole procedure as she assisted «Dr, DeTure» for my Extraction and Bone Graft Procedure.
I thought I was going to use Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) as a way to calm me down, and take the edge off, but because of my congested Sinus, that was out of the question! So Ladies, & Gentlemen, my last resort was to succumb to only using Novacane Needles, scary once again, but along comes I believe her name is «Marta» an Anesthesiologist/​Nurse I guess, who handles the Sedation part of procedures Novacane, Anesthesia, etc, she came in while I was sitting in the Dentist chair and kindly stated, she was going to give me Novacane and not to be nervous, I’ll just feel a little needle pinch. Well let me tell you, «I Never Even Felt The Needles that she gave me, Amazing, No Pain whatsoever»! Now totally Numbed up on right hand side of my Upper Mouth, it was now «Dr.DeTure» turn to show me his Professional Expertise. His friendliness when he entered, was most considerate and kind, and he also stated for me not to worry, all would go very well, he looked me over was again, and asked if I felt anything as he went around the area, where the procedure was to be Operated on, I said I was basically fine, he said he would add a few more shots, to make me feel more comfortable, and proceeded for my Extraction. As I was Originally Scared, I finally calmed down and felt more Comfortable and at Ease, as the Super Professional, Amazing «Dr, DeTure» performed his Magic on my Extraction and Bone Graft, with both «Cindy» and «Dr.DeTure» always speaking kind words to me, as he and «Cindy his Nurse Assistant, worked together to do what needed to be done for me. Well Ladies, and Gentlemen, let me finish up by telling you, the whole procedure took even less time to finish, than stated by «Dr, Ture» and I must say I felt great, it was over fairly quickly, and Yes folks again I felt GREAT! Even after the Novacane wore off I felt fine, I only used the Ibuprofen about four or so times, Icing 15 minutes on 15 minutes off for a day for the swelling (none noticeable) and that was it folks, it’s now a day later «No Discomfort or Anything»! It’s Truly Amazing, and Incredible, and your hearing it all, from someone who had really bad Anxieties over going to a Dentist! Not Anymore! Dr. DeTure is absolutely Awesome, and Amazing, why «Dr.DeTure» even «Called Me Up» several times to see if I was OK, and I had any questions for him about the procedure! «I mean come on Folks, how many Doctors do you know out there today, that truly care about there Patients like Dr. DeTure»? Well Ladies, and Gentlemen, there are truly no greater words I can profess and add, except if you want the Best Dentist for your Periodontal, & Implants, and whatever else you may need, don’t look any further, or Google anyone else, Dr. DeTure and his Entire Staff are the best 5 Star Professionals in the Business!

The Dr was and his assistant was fantastic but his front office, specifically a lady with a British accent was not very pleasant to deal with. After my insurance approved the procedure I decided to go along with it only because of the Dr but if I had encountered her first, I would have taken my business elsewhere. After my surgery I decided not to go back and give the business to my dentist who’s staff is fantastic and a pleasure to go to every time. If the office manager reads this, i hope you can make adjustments so that such a great Dr business doesn’t suffer as a result of that particular person.

Dr DeTure and his staff are amazing. As a business owner who tries to provide excellent customer service, I was very pleased with the level of care I received. His assistant was very good to me in the middle of my almost panic attack and he was wonderful even going the extra mile by calling and seeing how I was feeling. I highly recommend them.

I love Dr. Deture and his amazing staff. He was recommended by my dentist when I made the decision to have my gums reduced. It has been a few years since my gum reduction. I always had a decent smile, but I was constantly stressed about having «little teeth».
From beginning to finish, pre op to followup, Dr. Deture and his staff coddled me. The procedure was as painful as I expected and they did not sugar coat it, but rather coached me to remain steadfast to my post op care regimen. Today, I can tell you that was the best thing I did for myself. My new smile has given me a new confidence and presence that further rounds out who I already am. I totally wholeheartedly believe in safe cosmetic surgery now because of Dr. Deture and my amazing results.

Dr. Deture is an excellent doctor. Very quick and thorough and always leave feeling very confident with his work.
My Hygeniest, Penny, is one of the most educated hygienists I’ve come across. I swear she knows as much as a MD does. She does such a good job cleaning and never misses a spot!
They are very, very full so book your appointment at least a month in advanced to get the time you want. See all your bright smiling faces there!
