These people are thieves. I went to this place to buy a new iPhone 5c. They only had the one one display which had a scratch on it. The manager, Adam(fake name) assured that this was a Brand New phone and had Never been activated. Based on his assertion I purchased this phone for the full Boost retail price of $ 349 plus tax. This Boost crook has signs posted all over his store saying«absolutely no returns or refunds». This is in violation of Boost Mobile’s policy of 14 days to return any Boost phone for a refund. An hour after purchasing this phone the battery was half discharged with no use. I called Apple Inc. to verify that this was a new phone as Adam promised. To my dismay, Apple advised that this«new» phone that these crooks sold me was originally activated on March 13th, 2014! This«new» phone was Used and actually 11 months old! There was only 1 month left on the Apple 1 year warranty! I tried several times to return this Used iPhone but the crook owner George first gave me the run around then just avoided me. I took this Used iPhone to the Apple store the next day and Apple advised: 1). This phone was used and nearly one year old from initial activation! 2). The box that these crooks gave me was Not the box that came with this phone.(different imei#). 3). The included ear buds that come with the iPhone had been replaced with $ 5 Chinese counterfeit ear buds! 4). The charger that came with this iPhone was Not the Apple charger and lightening cable that came with it but was in fact a $ 10 Chinese counterfeit! So, not only did this crook sell me a 11 month old Used phone as new, he Stole the $ 34 Apple ear buds and $ 30 Apple charger and lightening cable out of the box and fraudulently replaced them with $ 5 eBay junk. Am in the process of disputing this criminally fraudulent transaction with my credit card company. Am also going to sue this dirt bag in small claims court. Also notifying Boost Mobile of this Crooks criminal activity.
