History
Established in 1989.
Bimini Boatyard Bar & Grill opened its doors in the heart of the Yachting Capital of the World in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in September of 1989,. To this day, Bimini Boatyard continues to be Fort Lauderdale’s Premier Waterfront Dining Experience, featuring the freshest seafood delivered daily, expertly prepared and infused by our Caribbean Wood-Fired Grill. We have both indoor and outdoor dining, and our waterfront Palm Bar is the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon watching the yachts cruise by. We strive for excellence in all facets of our operation, providing superior customer service and food of distinction in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Our Sunday Brunch is not to be missed, featuring a buffet with over 100 items and a Make-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar. Bimini Boatyard hosts Fort Lauderdale’s finest Happy Hour from 4:00pm –8:00pm EVERYDAY.

Manager
Chef Odel Arencibia joined Bimini Boatyard Bar & Grill in April of 2013. Originally from Cuba, Chef Odel discovered his passion for cooking at the young age of 14 and graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute at the age of 16. His culinary journey throughout South Florida led him to Burt & Jacks, Jackson’s Steak House, and Grille 66. Chef Odel has added several new dishes to the menu and continues to produce outstanding specials every week.
