Location is a joke. Made an appointment for 5:30.not only was the person I made the appointment with not there but I stood around for 15 mins waiting, when I asked what the issue was I was told they were understaffed. So the two employees standing around can’t help? Stay away from this location

Tim did a fabulous job of switching my contract over from Verizon. He was so patient and answered all of our questions for over 2 hours.

I visited the store on Sat to update my father in laws account and get a new phone. The young lady(Betty) was so helpful and patient with my father in law. Thank you so much!

I went into this location to purchase an IPhone 6S Plus, was told that they were out of stock so I asked for an IPhone 6S, when saleswoman returned she suddenly had a plus available. I purchased the device and although I had planned to do the next program which would cost me an extra $ 500 for the device she rang it up as a next program without asking if I wanted to just purchase it out right for $ 200 which was an option available to me at the time. After I was also told that she could not sync my phone data into the new phone although she could, and spending an hour in the store I drove back home 20 miles away only to realize a week later she had sold me a 6 plus and when I scrolled through contacts I found that the previous owner of this used device had their own contact information already entered into the phone. Without my knowledge or consent, I was sold a refurbished device this woman is horrendous as is this location! bad practices from AT&T. I was out of the country for a month on business and now too busy to deal with the situation but I have let everyone know in my industry what this location and this company has done to me.

No waiting at all at 5pm. Good service. A bit low on inventory. They said because of the Apple press conference tomorrow. Still a happy camper though. Good selection on cases. Opted for the $ 50 case that protects the phone from EVERYTHING! I’ll report back to say if that’s true.

Girlfriends phone died due to water damage so we stopped by to see if we could get an upgrade early… were told we were 4 weeks too early. The gentleman that helped us said if it’s within couple of days then he could upgrade us but not 4 weeks. Four weeks later… checked online to make sure she was eligible for the upgrade. Go to the store, give a young lady all the info. Unfortunately the phone we wanted was out of stock so we left. Only to recieve a call from the store 10 min later stating they found a phone. We come back in excited only to be told its two days before contract ends and they would not sell us a phone. TWODAYS!!! Mind you we’ve had to come back to the store three times and followed everything they said. Asked for the manager who appeared to be a tool that kept saying there was nothing he could do. We’ve been AT&T customers since the 90’s and we’ve been coming to this store for 3 years. This level of customer service is a joke. SWITCHINGTOSPRINT

Walked in and was greeted then never was helped, after 5 – 10 minutes I thought I would go get some service somewhere else. I wanted to upgrade to the iphone 6 plus but everyone seemed too busy on their phones to help me. Oh well. Fiddley Dee.

I went in today to upgrade my phone. Yes, it was the day after the I Phone 6 came out but I wasn’t interested in that one. When I walked in, it was pretty busy with customers and staff alike. I stood there waiting for someone to at least greet me and say someone would be with me soon. That never happened. Even giving the staff direct eye contact to at least let me know what I should do didn’t work. I finally found an employee in the back who seemed finished with her customer so I asked her what should I do about upgrading to a non I Phone 6. She looked directly at me as I asked the question and when I finished, she didn’t say a single word and just walked away. A manager I’m assuming at that moment asked me what I needed and I told her. She said there was a wait list and the person up front was taking names. I told her no one even acknowledged me and she just told me that employee must be really busy. I understand that it was a busy day there but what I don’t get is being totally ignored by the entire staff. This store won’t be getting my business and that staff won’t be getting commission from me.

As of July 3rd2014, I culminated a 12 year marriage in divorce. I’ve never understood why people say they’re sorry or express sorrow when people inform them they’re divorced. I mean its not like people in a midst of a divorce are happy, they’re actually quite unhappy and miserable. They’re seeking a divorce to escape the horrors of their present marriage. A divorce is freedom from pain, a release from the old, it’s a chance for a new beginning to seek happiness. People should express joy for people who are divorced or are getting seperated! So this past morning on July 3rd I picked up my Samsung S3, I called Sprint and exclaimed, «I’m done, I’m finished with our 12 year marriage.» I didn’t care about the $ 340 breach of contract fee, I just wanted a divorce, I wanted my freedom, I wanted to be happy again. Comparison(AT&T vs Sprint): — Sprint disables your ability to turn off the camera shutter sound, AT&T does not — Sprint disables your ability to take a photo while talking, AT&T does not — Sprint charges $ 10 to $ 49 a month to use your phone as a WiFi hotspot, AT&T does not — Sprint only warranty’s your phone for 1 month, AT&T warranty’s their phones for 1 year. — Sprint’s average 4G Lte speeds are 5.5 Mbps download and 2.41 Mbps upload, AT&T’s 4G Lte are 16.65 Mbps download and 7.43 Mbps upload. I’m planning an oversea’s l trip and I did not want to have to purchase an international phone to use while there. AT&T phones use the GSM standard(90% of the world is on GSM) and have sim card slots. So I can use an AT&T phone anywhere I travel in the world, I just have to switch out the sim card. Sprint phones don’t have sim-card slots, and even if they did, you still couldn’t use them in other countries. Because Sprint doesn’t use the world standard GSM protocol, Sprint uses CDMA . So far I’m satisfied in my new relationship with AT&T. Because I purchased my new Samsung S4 phone outright, I didn’t have to sign a new contract, meaning I’m not married again. I’m just going to enjoy and appreciate this new no strings attached relationship. Maybe I’ll go to Tahiti to celebrate my new love!

The only place I go when I have trouble with my phone. Service is pretty good. I can not think of the name of the young lady that always assists me but she is good. Wish parking was better. Small and busy parking lot shared with other nearby retailers. Be careful when parking
