Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. was established 24 years ago in Pompano Beach, and after 10 years moved their business to Fort Lauderdale.

Business Owner

Robert Borowski is the owner and operator of Allied Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. Originally from Poland, Robert has an entire lifetime of roofing experience. He started on the very bottom as a roofer, and worked his way up until he decided he would start his own company. He is a very hands-​on owner, everyday he is either in our office taking care of customers, or out in the field meeting with customers or checking up on our crews.

Had these guys come over yesterday for an appraisal of my roof. Met with Val. Nice guy, helpful, courteous, and most importantly honest. Didn’t try to talk me into a new roof. Looked at the problem from a homeowners perspective, rather than an opportunity to make a quick buck. WIsh there were more contractors in South FLorida like him.

I want to thank Allied Roofing for a job well done! My first meeting with John Guglielmi set the tone for the whole project. Everyone was professional and courteous. I was always kept in contact informing the status of the project, from the permitting through reroofing. I have a lot more work that needs to be on the interior and I hope that the rest of my remodel goes just as smoothly. Thanks again to John and the whole crew. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal to anyone in need of a new roof!

Allied was recommended by a close friend who was very satisfied with his re-​roof experience. John G was our rep and he and all the crews from demo to the installation of our standing seam aluminum roof were great. The price proposal was on the money, the start of work and completion was timely, even with a hurricane threat thrown in. Our home was always left as clean as possible, communication excellent, and the roof is gorgeous. So, fair price, did what was promised, great craftmanship, no issues. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Allied Roofing. I had a roof leak so I called and was able to speak to somebody who understood how worried I was. They set an appointment quickly, showed up on time and explained what was wrong after taking a look at the roof. It turns out that I didn’t need a new roof but rather a repair. In the end, they did a great job for far less money than I thought I would have to spend. Who knows how many companies would have tried to sell me a new roof when I really didn’t need one? I consider myself lucky for having called them.

I feel compelled to let other know my experience with Allied Roofing. I am very leery of any contractors in FLORIDA so I anguished over picking the right company. I meet with several contractors and I read the contract very carefully and compared them all. I chose Allied because of the contract and experience with several people in my neighborhood that had experience with them and some that had experience with other companies. My roof also had a «sag» that needed to be corrected. They took off the entire roof to the rafters and rebuilt it. (no extra cost, which I thought was going to be a ton of extra money). Had the entire roof corrected and put back the same day. My neighbors had the same sag and they used another company that «covered the sag with plywood rather than fixing the real problem which was the trusses. I have an entire new barrel roof in less than 2 weeks.
Al the main supervisor and Steve the onsite supervisor along with all the workers were very professional, efficient, knowledgable. I am extremely satisfied with the work that they all did, from the start to the end.

Finally!
there is roofer in South FL that can be recommended –I had a leak at one of rental properties. One call and I had roofers coming to the house. Fixed in timely mater and on promised budget. So far the fix is holding for lot of rains

We had worked with Allied Roofing in the past on smaller projects and had very good experiences working with Johna and the team at Allied in the past.
This house, though, was to be our own personal house and a high-​end luxury home. We wanted to see who was out there before making a decision. We met with several roofers. Allied had a great portfolio of work they had done — numerous roofs in luxury communities were done by Allied.
We went with Allied, knowing and trusting the team and being satisfied that they have the skill to perform this caliber of work.
There were several special features on this roof including a steep 8⁄12 pitch, aluminum dormers and two chimney caps. They fabricated everything absolutely beautifully. We could not be more pleased.
For any kind of roofing work whatsoever, I recommend Allied without hesitation!

Owner of the business called me and we had a long discussion regarding the estimate for the roof repair and he was a gentleman about it and gave me several explanations and also stated that he would make some changes regarding his price structure and how he arrives at his estimates. but I don’t think this website will allow me to make a retraction so I am adding this and hope that anyone would read this review also. I would advise anyone to include Allied in their quoting process and u make up ur own mind.

Allied partnered with Rebuilding Together Broward, a local non-​profit that provides crucial home repair services to low income elderly and disabled homeowners. Allied Roofing agreed to work on a home for us. Their staff was professional and courteous and the roof work was done very well. Not only was the quality of the work excellent but the fact that the company ownership is willing to work with non-​profit organizations speaks volumes about the company’s ethics and values. There are so many scam artist roofing companies out there and it is nice to know that Allied is a company that you can trust.
