Todd at All About answered my call first thing in the morning, and was at my home within an hour with the necessary parts and tools. The complete repair took less than an hour, and he even took the time to clean the glue that had been left behind by the duct tape we had haphazardly placed around the window frame to prevent rain from coming in overnight. Would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area. Todd was a super respectful guy, and I felt very comfortable during the entire interaction.
