We make hand made pieces for your antique watches and clocks right at our shop. Our restoration service is also one of our specialties from case refinishing to dial restoration. i bought a old elgin 8 day car clock for $ 42. it needs repair. alberto’s shop called me with the estimate. over $ 800. and the woman says normally it would cost over $ 1,200. really? yeah, i really want to spend $ 800. i see a bunch of m-​r-​ns on here praising alberto for battery replacement. how about affordable watch and clock repair. maybe less people are getting clocks repaired. its a dying trade, but i cant pay outrageous prices because your customer base is eroded!!!

I am so happy I found this little gem when I needed batteries replaced on a couple of my watches. The owner is so friendly and it only took him 10 minutes to complete the job. I love finding small businesses for the things I need/​want to buy. Definitely check this place out!

Alberto perfectly sized my watch within five minutes and for only $ 5! He can repair everything from watches, clocks to music boxes and he offers excellent customer service. His daughter, who works at the shop as well, is so nice and she sells antique jewelry and watches, as well as handbags and other gifts. I will definitely visit them again!

After searching on Unilocal for a good watch repair shop, I decided to go to Alberto’s based on all the great reviews. I needed the batteries replaced in two watches and an extra link put back in on one.
Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a jeweler’s. The owner and his daughter are so sweet and friendly. Alberto replaced both batteries and added the link in less than 10 mins and only charged me $ 21, which is a quarter of what I previously paid, not to mention the last place I went had my watches for 3 days. Fantastic service!

I love supporting locally owned businesses, especially when they go out of their way to give you top notch service. I brought my tired and worn out work watch in for a battery replacement and was surprised to have it returned all polished looking almost new along with the replacement of the battery. It also doesn’t hurt that they are very professional and warm. Will be bringing more business their way for sure.

I needed a new watch battery when I was visiting Ft Lauderdale. I noticed that Alberto’s had very high ratings here so I drove over for my battery. Upon entering the small store, I was greeted by Alberto’s wife and daughter, smiling and welcoming me to their business. Alberto installed my battery quickly for $ 9… What a terrific deal! A very nice family and great experience. My new watch repair shop in S Florida– Alberto’s.

I brought my Cartier watch in to get the battery changed. Alberto did the work in no time and even buffed my watch for me. It took minutes and cost ONLY $ 12! I’m too embarrassed to tell you what I have paid in the past.
He let me know it was time for another cleaning (it has been about 5 years) and quoted me a price HALF what Cartier charges.
His daughter and granddaughter work with him. ALL INCREDIBLY GENUINE AND NICE PEOPLE. HONEST, HAPPY, GOOD PEOPLE. I have a new jeweler and I will see him after Christmas for that cleaning. Real, old-​time business people still exist!

Fortunate that I discovered Alberto’s ! Old world craftsperson ! This is the only place where I drop off my time pieces ‘with confidence” that they will be repaired properly or just for maintenance (ie:-cleaning). Also, Alberto repaired my designer eyeglass frame ‘arm,’ when everyone else said was not repairable.
shop is slightly hidden in rear of property. however, worth the search.

Needed a quick battery replacement on my watch, walked in and was met by the owner and his daughter. 5 mins later and $ 5 later my watch was back up and running.
Really like the mom and pop feel to the place and you can tell that they care.
