History

Established in 2010.

Our business idea was simple. For 10 years we had been helping our clients with their real estate transactions. Why not offer both real estate services and property management? Who would know their property better then the individuals that sold it to them. Plus, we were constantly hearing war stories of how are clients received bad service from the management companies they choose.

Since several of our agents have lived in an association at one time or another and served on association boards we realized we could better handle our clients wants and needs due to our own personal experiences.

Thus, a property management company was formed to better serve the needs of ALL our clients whether your an HOA, condominium or individual owner.
