Great work, by the mechanics. The office guy «Jerry» is a douch bag! He sits and watches TV shows on his computer. Doesn’t explain anything and is non negotiable. I’ve been conning here for 3 years and hate to say it but I don’t think I’ll come back because of this assholes attitude.

The level of service is terrible! We called ahead to bring our Audi in for a diagnostics test to find out whats wrong with it and an oil change on Wednesday ⁸⁄₈. Car was dropped off at 9am and we were told to pick it up at 5. WE RECEIVED NO CALLS all day and when I arrived to pick up the car it was never even worked on. They said they were too busy and to bring it back on Friday, 2 days later! Why would you take a car in all day when you already knew your couldn’t touch it for 48 hours? How about my time spent getting a ride to drop it off and come back to pick it up? A big fuss was made and the car was to be brought back Thursday instead, the next morning. They looked at it Thursday, changed the oil and we picked it up at 5 with a list of what needed to be worked on. Again, they did not call us at all during the day and didn’t change the reminder sticker for the next oil change. We called 8:05am Friday morning to tell them we will be dropping the car off to get it fixed and to get the necessary parts. They did not call us again all day so I called at 3:06 and was told they are still waiting for a part. My girlfriend called again on the way to pick up the car, 4:48 to be specific and was told it wont be ready until 11am on Saturday. I called back 20 minutes later and now they told me a part needed to be ordered from Utah, $ 300 for it + $ 50 to rush it so it would be there on Monday. They had just told her everything would be ready by the morning and now the story changes! Doug Fish, the owner, was very rude on the phone to my girlfriend and rushed us to authorize ordering part because it had to be done by 6. I explained my issues with the owner about nobody calling, time wasted going back and forth and how hard it is to keep getting rides over there and back. The car was left there for the weekend. I was told they would call every 3 hours on Monday to update us. Again no call on Monday so I call at 11:56 and was told they are at Audi getting the part right now. They finally called for the first time out of all of this at 12:44 to say its the wrong part and now needs to be ordered. Why did I pay $ 50 to rush deliver something and my car is still not ready? I call Tuesday at 9:58 and they are still waiting on part. I call again at 2:20 and they are still waiting. At 4:09 my girlfriend calls, they still have not called us once today, and was told they got the part. Still working on it and will be ready by 5 they told her but she calls me to say it sounded like they were lying and we weren’t getting the car back again. I called at 4:15 and was told it most likely wont be ready at 5 by Raul, not even ten minutes later. I argued about paying the extra money to rush part and still don’t have the car. Raul said he will call Doug the owner to see about giving me a rental car and will call me right back. I explained we are waiting with a ride there, please call back asap! He never called! I called at 5:30 and Raul tells me Doug doesn’t want to pay for a rental and he is sorry he forgot to call me. They say it is a priority to get the car done tomorrow. I called 3 more times about the car on Wednesday with not 1 phone call from them. We finally picked up the car at 5 and a week later it should have been all over. Sunday the original problem with the car started up again! In the end, I wasted a week of my time and they didn’t even fix the problem. I explained the entire situation to Lashette at customer service as I have here and they didn’t even offer me anything given the situation. I’m not looking for a handout but at least 10% off my next oil change or some token of trying to make the situation better. She said it will just be noted as a complaint against that location. I will post my experience on all websites that Aamco is terrible. Don’t get suckered like I did by a Brand name, take your car to a company that cares! I now have an appointment to go back to another Aamco to hopefully get the car fixed for good.

Would not recommend. They fixed my car without my permission, never even called me to tell me how much it was then held my car hostage after the repairs because they have a running scam with local used car dealers who tell their customers they will pay for repairs then back out right before it’s time to pay then leave you hanging with a bill that you never authorized. Had to get a court order to get my car back. Definitely a shady shop. Stay far away!!!
