Really happy with Joy and her service. I bought my iMac not even 3 months ago and my cats knocked it over shattering the screen. Luckily it was only the glass and nothing internal. I worked it out apple in regards to the price but you can expect to pay around $ 400 (I know! Total bullshit considering the glass probably costs Apple like 50 $). Anywho, I dropped off my computer and the Apple tech totally dropped the ball, stopped responding to me, but joy was awesome enough to keep me in the loop! Definitely recommend.

As a computer geek since 1984, and a computer enthusiasts. I have yet to find any other service center fluent in both pc’s and macs! Take it from the real apple genius… Who often needs a bigger genius! This s where you should go without question. Pat and his team are top notch, and repair everything from computers to tablets to tvs! Apple sends their complicated repairs to PST! I suggest you do the same!

Highly recommend. Solid customer service and competent repair work. Had two services in the span of one year for my 2009 macbook, which has a lot of ‘milage’ on it! Both times it was with semi-​urgent repair needs. The work was turned around within one day (in one case, after a day to order a part). The price was a little steeper than others but this place is also well located: I got quotes from a Boca and Hallandale outfit that were about $ 40 – 60 lower than PST’s $ 180 charge for a trackpad replacement, which is a fairly simple job. Hey, they have to make money too–
The service was also very friendly and they gave me updates by phone and email– from Joy, who really knows how to give great customer service. I don’t understand the two poor reviews on here, but I will rely on them anytime I need repair work done well, and done quickly.

Pst Computers Inc are LIFESAVERS! My laptop fell and stopped working and I was afraid it had died, along with all my work. The technical guru, Erwin, quickly diagnosed the problem and Tim, the coordinator, made sure that the quick test to validate the diagnosis was done right way. Within 20 minutes I learned that the dongle for the optical mouse that had become lodged in USB port had been safely removed, and that I’d be leaving with a working machine! I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the team. This is a serious outfit, with a 30-​year track record. If you’re ever in need (and I hope you’re not!), this is the place to go!

I am small business providing public relations services. Keeping my system up and running is critical. PST Computers has provided me with excellent service at reasonable rates for 20 years. They provide me with on-​site service to perform all necessary repairs and updates. They also host my web site. I would highly recommend PST to anyone.

I am left in wonder and amazement that the service and communication is non existent. I dropped off a computer for repair and heard nothing for 3 weeks. I finally spoke to PST and they had my machine ‘on the bench’ and had it working. They told me I would hear back later that day. Fast forward 3 weeks and the computer is still not ready. The 2 week turnaround I was promised is a bunch of baloney. If there is a problem, please call the customer, why am I doing the calling? A little customer service is in order here.

Fixed my dead MacBook Pro in two days (for an expediting charge — I was on a tight schedule). Apple store didn’t have appointment availability for three days after the failure. PST took my computer the same day and returned it the next. Great service and communication.
I would definitely recommend them.

RIP OFF… I am so disappointed with this place. I went here after reading Unilocal review. I took my sony laptop that wouldn’t take charge anymore. I paid two hours of labor $ 90+$ 90 & $ 60 for a charger. I didn’t understand the excessive charge. It’s totally crap that they tell you that how they need to take everything apart & blah blah

Here are few words of wisdom I learned from the College of Hard Knocks. Do not take your computer or computer equipment to any of these part time work in their home or other such part timer geeks. If you do, the chances might be that you will end up with a worse mess than when you started plus needles delays, unanswered phone calls and the like. Worse you may even find that they’ve «flown the coop» along with whatever you may have left with them.
PST Computers is a for real computer repair operation. They have regular business hours, a full staff, lots of professional repair equipment plus a good brick and motor office located right on North Federal Highway with plenty of parking and easy access.
They did an excellent job on my computer and at a far more reasonable price than any other computer repair establishment I have dealt with in the past plus they did it quickly. They have a specialist who works with Mac and another devoted to Windows including that (I best no use profane swear words) Windows 8.

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP.
We are always told that you need to backup everything on your computer. When you don’t and a little something goes and blows you up, then these are the techs to come to. Mac or PC they know just how to fix it. There is a $ 90 bench charge and most anything else will cost you on top. I have had to go there on 3 occasions and I am very pleased by their competance and service.
