Founded in 1991, McWhinney is an independent diversified real estate company with a team of over 80 highly talented associates.

We are passionate about creating great places for people and providing fabled experiences.

We have a simple approach, investing for the long term and many of our investments are made with the expectation that our holding period is forever.

We create, and prefer to own for the long term, large scale, multi use projects; and develop, own and manage income producing properties, primarily for our own account.
