The Toothzone

I would leave zero stars if I could. We used to like this place, but there were A LOT of reasons we left. Our first issue arose when we went to an appointment to have a bite guard fitted, that had already been made. After 30 minutes of waiting (for what was supposed to be a 20 minute appointment max), they took him back and they had no idea what we were there for, because the wrong thing was in the computer. They were about to make a mold of his mouth for an occlusion guard, which was not needed. Then, they couldn’t find the already made bite guard that we were there to have fitted. We were there over an hour and 15 minutes for something that should have only taken 20 minutes. Last of all, they said I had not paid something I knew I did. I had to call my credit card company to find the payment, and take them the proof. At that point, they claimed it was another date of service I had not paid for. DO NOT GO HERE. Also, according to the dentist at my youngest child’s school, they never actually cleaned his teeth when he went! I was unaware because they do not allow you to go back with your child, but my older son verified that they never cleaned the younger one’s teeth! SCAM ZONE is more like it!
