Practical Health Solutions, LLC opened in Fort Collins in September 2014 to provide individualized, quality naturopathic medical care to the northern Colorado area.

Business Owner

I am a naturopathic doctor in general practice, with an emphasis on gastrointestinal health and the herbal treatment of Lyme Disease. I also place a strong emphasis on supporting patients in achieving an adequate amount of restorative sleep, since it is so crucial to a person’s overall health. I utilize down-​to-​earth techniques to restore health such as earthing, forest bathing, hydrotherapy, clinical nutrition, movement and botanical medicine, to name a few. I provide my patients with the tools to live healthfully in an increasingly challenging world.
