History

Established in 1994.

David and Tom Sheill have been running Peak to Peak Painting in Fort Collins since 1994. David began painting in 1970 to pay his way through college and with the exception of volunteering with Habitat for Humanity for 3 years has been a painting contractor since then.

Peak to Peak has done jobs as large as a $ 350,000.00 interior and as small as a bath room for $ 125.00. We bring the same attitude of great customer service, highest quality work and personalized relationships to every project. With rare exceptions Tom or Dave will participate hands on throughout each project. We take our customers needs very seriously and attend to process of ensuring the work goes smoothly from start to finish.

I started painting with my father when I was a teen ager and went on taking what I learned doing boats and houses with him to start my business in 1970 as a means to put myself through college. I learned alot about painting doing older homes in Grosse Point Michigan until I moved to Fort Collins in 1980. During the years in business here I’ve done projects for Neenan

Company, The City of Fort Collins, CSU and hundreds of home owners. My brother Tom Sheill move here in 1992 and has been a co-​owner since then.
