Wish I could give zero stars but I’ll give you one out of generosity, terrible service so rude and charges you extra than listed prices, she ripped my skin with the tool and I kinda said an «ouch» and she rolled her eyes at me and hissed like a cat… Don’t ever come here you will regret it

The price is right at this salon, but it’s not the highest quality manicure. My friend and I got mani/​pedis and although mine was pretty good (with a good calf massage), hers seemed very rushed. It’s a decent option if you don’t want to spend a fortune.

This is one of the cheaper places in town and yet get what you pay for. I had a $ 3 off coupon so my manicure was $ 12. I went yesterday afternoon and by this morning my nails had already chipped. The polish is uneven, with the sides having been missed on the second application, and my cuticles look terrible. One of the employees had one of their toddlers there who was very cute but getting graham cracker crumbs all over the drying table and she also poked me in my face and ran away. Don’t get me wrong, I love kids but a nail salon is where we go to relax! I think that it detracted from their professionalism.
So here’s the deal: want a cheap manicure so you look good for a few days? Go here. But it will not look good for a long time…

The spa is nice, comfortable and affordable. However, last week when I went in for my pedicure, it began to chip within two days. My pedis typically last for at least 3 – 5 weeks. Maybe the girl forgot a second coat before the top coat? I have been to this place before and had a good pedi so I would return, but would definitely pay attention next time.

I got the worst pedicure I have ever gotten at this place. The pedicure itself was not bad – comfy massage chair, decent color selection – however within 2 days several of my toenails had already chipped. I do not normally go to fancy places for pedicures but the polish still lasts for weeks. I would not recommend this place.

I went here today for a pedicure. There are lots of good things about it. The chairs are awesome and so relaxing. I could sit in them all day! I paid extra for the Euro pedicure because my feet have been extra rough and calloused. The woman did a great job smoothing them down and the foot and leg massage she gave was incredible. When I was about to leave I noticed one of the nails was a little messed up I kindly asked her to fix it, which she graciously did. Upon getting home a few hours later I was doing a careful inspection of my toes after I realized there was a little bit of a mess up. The actual pedicure job was sloppy. There is nail polish on my skin, a glob of dried top coat on the skin above one of my nails, one of the nails hadn’t been fully trimmed so I had to break the clipping off the rest of the way, the nails weren’t filed down very well (probably because she trimmed my nails when they were already on the shorter side and didn’t ask if I wanted them trimmed). All in all I’m a little disappointed with the actual polish job. These are small details and honestly I can’t see them unless I’m looking very carefully but she could have done a more thorough or careful job.

Julie is my go-​to gal for acrylic nails. I’ve been going to Paradise Nails for the past four years and receive amazing service every single time. Julie knows exactly how I like them done so I don’t have to re-​explain every time. The only thing is — call ahead of coming in because Paradise Nails is always busy! No surprise there. Great service, amazing value for price — I’d never go anywhere else in Fort Collins!

I was bummed that the gal hardly scrubbed at my callouses because that was my main reason for going in, but the paint job looks good and the leg massage was nice. Nothing special, but nothing bad either

Perfect! GREAT price, GREAT service and GREAT environment. The massage chairs are comfy and WORK! The employess were very friendly and inviting. The pedicure was wonderful. She took her time to make sure my tooties were PERFECT and the massage was soooo relaxing. I’ve been trying to think of one thing to criticize and I simply can’t. This place is just awesome. I went on a Monday around 3p for whatever that is worth. There were only a couple other customers which was nice because I hate busy places when I’m trying to relax. Check them out and enjoy.

We went there. There was 4 of us and it cost $ 150 to get our nails done. They weren’t even. Some were glued on crooked. My friends real nails were showing. And they didn’t even know one of us was getting out nails done until the others were half way done.

Just walked in and was instantly seated! Very friendly and the massage chairs are wonderful. My feet are being scrubbed as we speak!

My nail looked great all but they lifted the next day and looked like I need a backfill the day I got them done. Won’t be going back

I went in after reading reviews and hearing from friends that this was a great place. The pedicure was fine, but when I walked in, I asked for a GEL fill. They waited until I was sitting at the station and they began taking off my nails, telling me that I needed a full set. They then started pushing me to do lacquer, shellac, or some other type of manicure, but I wanted gel. They had no idea what they were doing, began mixing the gel, tried calling someone to help them figure out how to do the gel, started putting this chunky and too-​thick mixture onto my fingers, and had a lady on speaker trying to figure out what they were doing. I finally told them to take it off and left with my nails completely ruined and bare. I will not be bringing my business back here again.
There was also an ATM placed next to the counter and signs all over trying to push customers to pay in cash. Not very classy, bad customer service, bad experience.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I made one request not to use the electric file on my natural nails (It weakens real nails) and it went all sour from there (mind you, I was polite the entire time, even tried to make small talk). Here are only a few of the many things that encouraged my rating of 1 star:
1. The male doing my nails not only seemed annoyed the entire time, he was also singing very loudly and obnoxiously after I mentioned I had a headache
2. He randomly broke out into laughter and mumbled things under his breathe quite often, he also kept talking loudly across the salon to other works and would look at me and chuckle
3. Sprayed NAIL POLISH REMOVER all over my hands and then turned my hands around and sprayed it on my palms! (I smelled my hand to confirm after he went to get the shellac polish from another station)
4. Was extremely rough and scratched my natural nails up with the cuticle remover, purposely
5. I got a shellac manicure (not my first time either) and I noticed right from the start that he was doing it wrong. he was literally dabbing the polish on extremely thick, 5 – 6 coats in all (only suppose to be 3 – 4)
6. I left the salon with my hands looking worse than when I came in
7. My Shellac manicure managed to chip and completely lift on one nail the next day! (Note there is a 14 day no chip guarantee)
I’m from New York and I’m used to great service, I tried this place out after the reviews I read and boy was I wrong in doing that. Don’t get me wrong, the prices are great and one of the female workers fixed my nails for me the next day (thank you for that) but it was still not worth the second trip. Also don’t expect to get seen in the order you walk in, I walked in 10 min before another walk-​in and they took her first for the same service. For some strange reason they have the tenancy of working on 2 people at once, I don’t get that. When you go out to a business and pay for anything food, hair, nails you are also paying for the service and considering I’ve never felt as uncomfortable as this male made me feel, my money went down the drain.
P.S– It is very unprofessional to put signs all over the salon asking for cash tips

They do GREAT nails here. My gel nails never crack or chip or break. But–
1) The technician doesn’t do full glitter on the tips. She does a thin layer of glitter and then clear gel on top. I can see straight through the glitter as I am typing on my iPhone in the dark.
2)The technician (Alana) WEBCAMS with men while she is doing your nails. She will turn around and type on her laptop and then go back to doing your nails. Oh, and guess what? The men can see you too. I’ve had her do my nails three times, she webcams every time.
3) She doesn’t even attempt small talk with you. And when I requested my nails shorter, and then more rounded edges, she seemed annoyed.
They do a great job overall and they are the best of three places I’ve been to.

Clean and sanitary. Friendly staff. All spa services are reasonably priced. I got the regular pedicure and manicure and was very satisfied. I will be returning for a shellac manicure soon. They accept credit cards but prefer cash. There is an ATM in the shop.

This is the best nail salon I have found in Fort Collins. The ladies working there were very proffessional and nice. They offer you water when you first get there, and the place smells wonderful! If you want a good experience at a great price go in today!
