Orvin Miller, founder and owner of Miller Concrete, began working in the concrete industry as a teenager, and he brings a wealth of skill and experience to every concrete project, every time. His career as a professional concrete contractor has been his pride and joy, and his commitment to providing the finest quality flatwork continues to this day.
